With over 30 years of operational experience, I bring a unique blend of military discipline, real-world trauma response, and professional training expertise to every course I deliver.

I served as a Royal Marine Commando (1988–1994), completing the FA1 Battlefield First Aid course—then the highest level of trauma training available to Marines. My training included hospital placements in A&E departments and surgical theatres, where I gained hands-on exposure to airway management, cannulation, and trauma resuscitation.

Since then, I’ve served in high-threat environments, worked in private protection roles, and delivered care as a Community First Responder with South Western Ambulance Service. Today, I’m a CPD-accredited trainer, qualified at FREC level 4 & FROS level 3, with:

• A Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice

• Accredited instructor status across emergency first aid & trauma modules

• Professional memberships with CertIOSH and MiiRSM

• A proven track record training public responders, security teams, construction crews, and medical personnel
